Typical School Day

8:40-9:30 Breakfast, mindfulness and meditation
9:30-10:30 Task activity – such as maths, reading, writing, art, PE, etc.
10:30-11:00 Treat time / play time (Please refer to the treat time board we use in school if this helps you)
11:00-12:00 Task activity – such as maths, reading, writing, art, PE, etc.
12:00-1:00 Lunch and play time / treat time
1:00-1:15 mindfulness and meditation
1:15-2:00 Task activity – such as maths, reading, writing, art, PE, etc.
2:00-2:15 Treat time
